Throwback: Casemiro Reminds Man United Fans of Nemanja Vidic

Published

on

Man United midfielder Casemiro dusted off the record set by former defender Nemanja Vidic after the game against Southampton.

The Man United team had a disappointing draw with Southampton in a match at Old Trafford in the Premier League.

Casemiro was sent off with a red card in the first half, especially in the 34th minute of the game.

That red card was the second for Casemiro this season in the Premier League after the previous one against Crystal Palace.

Casemiro became the first Man United player to be sent off twice in a single Premier League season since Nemanja Vidic.

Nemanja Vidic did so in the 2013/2014 season when he was sent off twice in a season with a straight red card.
